The Madrid Gardens Apartments are at 67 Glen Avenue near Piedmont Avenue. The building was constructed in 1930 on the site of former the Vallance Nursery.
As did many apartments built around that time, the 24 two- and three-bedroom apartments featured Spark stoves, Marshall and Stearns wall beds, and hardware fittings from Maxwell Hardware. 1
The building was financed and constructed by F.A. Muller. 2 The first manager was Mrs. C.F. Campbell. 1
