Prominent Oakland attorney, businessman and philanthropist, Warren Barrios Wilson, who passed away in 2012, completely renovated the Victorian building with his wife Joanne Casey over 30 years ago. He was also the last surviving brother of former Oakland Mayor Lionel Wilson.2
