The Tubbs-Henshaw House 2 is at 1443 - 6th Avenue. It was the home of Grace Susan Tubbs (Henshaw), one of the daughters of Hiram Tubbs, and Frederick Henshaw. It is just up the 6th Avenue from where the Tubbs-Henshaw House stands, the home of Grace's sister and Frederick's brother, Hetty Tubbs and William Henshaw.
