Techbridge is an organization that promotes girls' interest and skills in science, technology, and engineering.
Techbridge has served over 5000 girls in grades 5-12 and was founded by the Chabot Space & Science Center in 2000.
Techbridge offers after-school programs at Oakland middle and high schools, summer programs are made possible by generous support from Chevron. They also coordinate field trip opportunities where girls go to companies and interact with role-models. The Role Models Matter project is funded by the National Science Foundation.
