The three story historic Victorian building was constructed in 1892-93 by the Enterprise Hall Association, and served as the meetinghouse for the Enterprise Lodge of Odd Fellows, No. 298.
- The building, which is also sometimes identified as 645 West Grand Avenue, was designed by architect A. W. Smith.
- Note that the original address was 591 22nd Street; what is now 22nd Street in this area was called Jones Street until West Grand Avenue was created, and all of the streets were readdressed at some point.
