St. Anthony School was a private Catholic school in the Rancho San Antonio neighborhood at 15th Avenue and East 15th Street. The school was founded in 1877 and was supported by the St. Anthony's Parish. It closed in 2024. 2
In 2014 the enrollment at St. Anthony was 200 students in grades K through 8 with 10 faculty. There were murals being painted on one of the school buildings on December 26, 2014.

The school was founded in 1877.
The 1880 directory lists it as Our Lady of Lourdes Academy, and says it was a day school for boys and girls under the charge of the Sisters of Mercy.
The 1884-1885 directory lists it as St. Anthony's Parochial School.
The 1887 directory lists St. Anthony's School for Boys under the Christian Brothers, and St. Anthony's School for Girls under the Sisters of Mercy.
The 1903 Sanborn labels it St. Mary's School, but the 1903 directory lists Our Lady of Lourdes Academy under the Sisters of Mercy and St. Anthony's School for Boys under the Christian Brothers.
The Christian Brothers stopped teaching at St. Anthony's in 1914. 3
By the 1916 directory, it was listed as St. Anthony's School for Boys and Girls.
Students moved into a new school building in January 1949, and the old one was demolished. Additional buildings were completed and dedicated in 1950. 3,4
