Sola Lucy is one of the Oakland's original consignment boutiques. The boutique was started in Berkeley in 1994 by Lucy Ross, a Peruvian entrepreneur with a love for fashion and sustainability. A second Montclair location was opened in 2010 and remains open today in the Village Square center at 2220 Mountain Boulevard.
