- CLASSES for ADULTS and SENIORS:
- Secrets to Improving Your Balance. This 4 week class is for people who may have experienced body traumas, surgeries, and other issues that have allowed your body strength and control to be compromised. We work with partners, walkers, chairs and other stabilizers that allow you to gain movement and muscle control in a safe and secure manor. Class meets Sundays from 5p-6:15 pm starting March 11, 2012. $10.00 discount if you pay in full before March 7th, 2012 in the Sheffield Village Office. Call if you have any questions about this class. (Call to see if happening in 2013)
