The Seville Apartments are in a medium-sized building at 886 Cleveland Street. They were built in 1927, designed by Casebolt Dakin for F.E. Hostetter and Robert J. Barr. 1 They had the Cordova Apartments next constructed in 1928.
When constructed, the apartments included Rip Van Winkle wall beds.
