The Scott-Buttner Electric Company was an electrical contractor, also handling ventilation and refrigeration. In 1934 they opened a new showroom, office, and shop at 2214 Wesbter at 23rd Street.
The Oakland branch was run by Edgar L. Buttner. Their work included the Oakland Airport, the Key System pier, and the recently constructed Marshall Steel Company plant. 1
NB: After the realignment of streets and addresses following the creation of West Grand Avenue, 2214 Webster became 2264 Webster.
