The Piedmont Theatre is a small movie theater on 4186 Piedmont Avenue which currently operates with a more arthouse movie selection, typically with only 2-3 different movies showing at one time. According to Landmark Theatres, which has operated the Piedmont since 1994, this is the oldest operating theater in Oakland.1
