Park View Manor is a large brick apartment building at 123 Bay Place. The building was constructed in 1925 by Sommarstrom Brothers, and designed by Clay N. Burrell.
When constructed, they include Marshall-Stearns wall beds, hardware from Maxwell Hardware, iron work from Liberty Ornamental Iron Works, and Spark Stoves from Hammer-Bray.
