proposed new Park Blvd connection between Estates Drive and Mountain Blvd 1
Park Boulevard currently runs from East 18th Street to Mountain Boulevard in Oakland. The road was built in a variety of different segments, some of which had other names at one point. The upper section from Estates Drive to Mountain Boulevard was proposed in 1932, and constructed in 1932 and 1933.
