The Oakland Tool Lending Library is located in the Temescal neighborhood, just behind the Temescal Branch.

Started by Martha Bergmann of the OHR who was in charge of the Temescal branch from 1991 to 2001, and Ty Yurgelevic who is currently the branch manager. It opened January 8th, 2000.
