The Oakland Police Sex Scandal involved members of the Oakland Police Department and various other departments who had sexual relations with a young woman who calls herself "Celeste Guap". The scandal broke out officially in May of 2016 when an unknown officer within the Oakland Police Department blew the whistle to Darwin BondGraham of the East Bay Express.
