The Oakland Lawn Bowling Club is in Lakeside Park and was Established in 1903.
Social, Healthy, Low Impact Exercise Sport. Endorsed by the American Heart Association. Something for Everyone. Men, Women, All Ages. No Generation Gap. No Gender Gap. No Age Handicap. Social Interaction or Skilled Competition. Novice or Tournament Champion. We have Leagues through out the year weather permitting.
Our clubhouse is on the the Historic registry, designed by Charles W. McCall. The clubhouse facade features a couple of cool mosaics of people lawn bowling, designed by the Howden Tile Company.
Your first lesson is always free! and the annual civic membership fee is truly more than affordable. We host Corporate team building events that always include lawn bowling.
