The Oakland Conservatory of Music was in various locations. The school was listed as the "largest and most thoroughly equipped School of Genuine Musical Instruction on the Pacific Coast," under the leadership of Director Adolf Gregory. (Adolf was spelled Adolph in some records.)
One student of note was singer Nellie Dobson.
In 1910, it was at 203-05 - 12th Street at Jackson.
