The Oak Lodge Apartments were a 24-unit building designed by Charles W. McCall, and opened in 1913. They were at 1497 Oak Street (now 1497 Lakeside Drive).
When constructed, they included "oscillating beds" that could be opened either into a room or onto a sleeping porch. 2
