Myran Bros., Inc (later Myran Realty) was a real estate company. The company was formed in 1923 by brothers N.B. Myran and A.G. Myran specializing as tract dealers and subdividers.
Their offices were located in the Tapscott Building at the corner of Broadway and 19th Street. 1
N.B Myran worked from 1910-1923 as a salesman for the Realty Syndicate. In 1920 he finished in the top of the sales force with a total of $141,021.61 worth of real estate sold. Most of the sales were in the Moraga Road Acres tract in Montclair. 2 He was with Myran Bros. Inc from 1923-1928. In 1936 he joined the firm of White & Pollard. 3

A.G. Myran also worked as a salesman for the Realty Syndicate from 1910-1917. He later sold real estate in Stockton before returning to Oakland. In 1923 he successfully sold out the Lorin Heights Tract in South Berkeley, using creative advertising and sales methods that he continued to use in his own company. 4

Expansion
In 1924 it was announced the company would be expanding with the opening of six branch offices to better handle all the properties they were handling. The new offices would go by the name of Myran Realty. Expansion to Lake Tahoe was also announced.
