The Merritt Avenue Apartments are 3 four-unit apartment buildings at 538-554 Merritt Avenue. They were designed by Ephraim Field and constructed in the 1920s.
The addresses originally covered 536-558 Merritt Avenue. 536-542 opened in June 1925. The other two buildings are mirror images. It's unknown when the other two were constructed, but they all appear on the 1928 Sanborn map.
