Mayfair Apartments is a large, brick apartment building at Perkins and Van Buren Streets.
Ground was broken in 1930. Willis C. Lowe was the architect; Harry Schuster was the builder and owner; Louis Saroni was at the ground-breaking. It is 7 stories tall, with 60 apartments. When constructed, the apartments include Simmons wall beds. 1
