Mark Bulwinkle (b.1946) is an artist, best known for his quirky metal sculptures and fanciful prints.

Bulwinkle's live-work studio Bulwinkleland is on Hannah Street in West Oakland, but from 1975 until 1991, he lived at 5333 Manila Avenue, and decorated the house and yard with numerous metal sculptures.

Examples of some larger scale sculptures can be seen in the parking lot at the shopping center where Best Buy, Home Depot, etc. are on the Emeryville/Oakland border. The parking lot in front of Target has been dubbed Bulwinkle Plaza.
