The Marguerite Apartments are in a building at 28th and Martin Luther King, Jr. Way (previously Grove St.) The windows have been boarded up since at least 2009.
On modern maps, the entire building appears as 2821 MLK. On the 1951 Sanborn map, the apartments have the address of 658 - 28th St., along with commercial spaces at 650 - 28th, and 2801-2811 Grove St.
In June 1925, G. Homcade took out a permit to construct the building. The building was completed in December 1925.

There are classified ads referring to apartments at 658 - 28th as late as 1993.
