The Leo Apartments are at 921 E28th St. The 8 unit building was constructed in 1928 for Morris Liss and his son Leo N. Liss.
When constructed, the apartments featured Spark stoves, "the latest roll beds" from Rip Van Winkle wall beds, and hardware from Simon Hardware.
