The building was owned by the Latham Square Corporation, which was made up of "San Francisco and Oakland capitalists headed by Maury I. Diggs." 4
The interior of the building was redone in June, 2015 by Ridge Capital Investors LLC and Contrarian Capital Management LLC in June, 2015. 2
