The Koffee Pot is a small restaurant at 2532 Telegraph Avenue. It was run by Nestor "Johnny" Espinoza and his wife Mildred, and dates back to at least at 1957.
It's still a coffee shop, although Johnny died in 1967. In 2006, East Bay Express voted it 'Best Greasy Spoon'. 1
It's one of the most old school no-frills cafes or diner you'll find in the Bay Area.2
