Busset Family
Samuel Walter Busset (May 5, 1880 – July 11, 1945) and Mabel May Mitchell (Busset) (September 13, 1882 – June 5, 1965) were both born and raised in Kansas. They married June 4, 1902, and lived in Iola, Kansas for a few years. In 1909, their daughter Eada Mae Busset (Dimon) (March 4, 1909 – June 5, 1965) was born in Oklahoma. When Samuel filled out his 1917-1918 WWI draft card, they were living in Concord, CA, and Samuel was working as a ship fitter for the Pacific Coast Ship Building Co. in Bay Point.
By 1920, the Bussets had moved to Oakland and were running the Key Realty Company. Eada graduated from Oakland Tech in 1926.
