Judy Juanita (born July 19, 1946) is a poet, novelist and playwright, and professor. She was a member of the Black Panther Party and edited The Black Panther, the newspaper published by the party, and worked on the Free Breakfast for Children program.

She taught writing at Laney College for many years, and appears in the Netflix documentary, Last Chance U: Season 5, Laney College. Currently she teaches at UC Berkeley.
