Jin Sing is a Chinese restaurant in the Fruitvale District. It also has a ridiculous sign, paired with name you have to wonder whether the owners are trolling..... (I have never been there myself but passed by thousands of times and wondered myself. Clearly located in a Latino neighborhood, it's possible it's just fusion at its best?)
