The J.H. King Store Building is a commercial building on the southwest corner of 13th St. and Harrison on the King Block. It was built in 1916-1917 for J.H. King.
The Historic Resources Inventory for the block says it was designed by noted architects Charles W. Dickey and John J. Donovan.
The building includes the addresses 301-333 - 13th St. and 1261 Harrison.
In 2018, there were plans to replace the building with a 440' tall mixed-user tower of unusual design.
