  • Keep an easily accessible and updated list (available also in data format) of what the city pays out in a year in settlements (and how this compares to other cities) h/t Profcritic

  • Make all City PDF documents machine readable with accessible metadata for easy searching

  • Keep a log of public comment at City Council meetings and other City forums

  • Keep a log of City Council Member's voting records

  • Use a tool for streaming City Council meetings and other City forums that can stream on mobile devices
