The Hotel Pleasanton was a small hotel at 1162 Washington Street (1320 after renumbering) above Maxwell Hardware in the Westphal Building. c.1907 it was run by Mrs. Ellen McKenna.
It included some frontage on 14th Street.
NB: That block of Washington no longer exists, and the area is part of City Center.
