George P. Scotlan (May 22, 1922 (1923?) – January 16, 1982) was a long-time civic leader involved with Oakland Parks.
After his untimely death from cancer, the Oakland Convention Center was named in his memory.
The Scotlan Youth and Family Center in West Oakland is named for him.
