Foothill Meadows Extension is a name that is used in some locations (including the City of Oakland's website) for a portion of Oakland's Cesar Chavez Park (formerly known as Foothill Meadows Park) on the east side of 38th Avenue. A sign at the site indicates that it is now considered part of Cesar Chavez Park.
