Dr. Comics & Mr. Games opened in 1988 in the former Pearson's Hardware building which was built in 1906.
It's a fairly balanced comic book store with standard superhero fare and back issues, indie comics, manga, and old school comic strip collections. They also have a strong selection of boardgames and strategy games that can be rented out to try before purchasing. There are always neat homemade displays in their windows that are worth checking out. There is some sort of after school rpg program that is run upstairs by a separate organization.
