Not to be confused with the Casa Del Rey Apartments at 3503 Kempton Way
The Del Rey Apartments are on International (E14th) at 2nd Avenue. They were built in 1925 by A.A. Richards. The glass was manufactured by Fuller and Goepp Company.
The address in directories is 1244 - 2nd Avenue, but it also includes commercial spaces at 201-209 International.
c.1927, 201 E14th was the Lion Drug Co. c.1930, 203 E14th was the Merritt Radio Co. The 1967 directory lists the Security Drugs at 201.
The Blu Inn Cocktail Lounge was there from at least 1942 until at least 1967.
