The Culture Is a Weapon mural is on 23rd ave between East 14th and East 12th. It is probably related to SOL or LOL based on the location.
It is in a fenced-in lot, so difficult to view close up. However, it can be seen when riding BART when coming from Fruitvale, before it later descends to go underground for the Lake Merritt station.
