Clarence Bullwinkel Ford was a Ford car dealership, the successor to L. C. Firestine Ford. Bullwinkel took over from Firestine in 1940.
Interesting trivia: Jay Ward and Alex Anderson chose the name for Bullwinkle J. Moose of "The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show" because they knew of Clarence Bullwinkel and found the name amusing. Anderson's studio in Berkeley was not far from the Bullwinkel dealership.
