The Belnido Bungalow Apartments are a collection of 10 bungalows at 295 MacArthur. They were built in 1923.

The apartments were built before MacArthur Boulevard was created; this section was Perry Street. The buildings were constructed by architectural engineers L.R. McWethy and F.R. Greenleaf for Mrs. James Gee of Berkeley. When constructed, they included Marshall and Stearns portal beds and hardware from Maxwell Hardware. 1

The apartments are on Oakland's list of Heritage Properties.
