Athol Court Apartments

The Athol Court Apartments (currently Athol Lake Apartments) are at 226 Athol Avenue. The 24 unit building was designed and built in 1924 by McWethy and Greenleaf, for owners Harry Holden and Carl Schlickeiser.

When constructed, the apartments included Spark stoves and Rip Van Winkle wall beds. ¹
