Arroyo Viejo Recreation Center (meaning Old Creek in Spanish) is located at one of the largest and most beautiful parks in the city, featuring a lively creek, picnic areas, and a community garden. Adjacent to East Oakland Pride Elementary School, the center is equipped with a football/soccer field, tennis courts, tot lot, patio area, social hall, craft and game room, computer lab, and newly renovated baseball field. Bilingual staff members are available to assist Spanish-speaking community members. Arroyo Viejo Recreation Center is an excellent venue for your next special event. Our social hall, meeting rooms, industrial kitchen, and patio are all available for rent. Please visit our front desk to get rate information and receive a facility rental application today.
