| Description | CHDP provides health check-ups for infants, children, and teens. These health check-ups include a growth and development check; all needed shots and lab tests; a dental, vision, and hearing screening; and appropriate health education information. If medical problems are found during the visit, children will be referred for additional medical services. Dental referrals are made for children who need an oral exam with a dentist. |
