The 360 Mural will replace the Alice Street Mural Project or "Universal Language" mural intended to combat gentrification, but now erased from the visual landscape by gentrification. Community Rejuvenation Project artist Desi Mundo said the new mural embodies Oakland’s ability to do more than just survive gentrification and displacement — it can also thrive and create.
Work began on the 360 Mural in May 2020 at 360 - 14th Street in downtown Oakland. A mock up and detailed description can be found here http://crpbayarea.org/desi-mundo-breaks-down-the-360-mural
