145 Monte Cresta Apartments is a larger apartment building constructed in 1954-1955 on the site of the former H.C. Capwell mansion at the corner of Monte Cresta and Kelton Court.
The building was designed by Jack Walling. "Art works in the house, including a marble fountain imported from Italy, will be preserved. The fountain will be the garden centerpiece in the new apartment." 1
